After waiting in Valemount till 10:30 AM for the fog/clouds to lift, we were able to go straight over the top of the Cariboos to Silver Tip Lodge! This is just a small sample of the Alpine!

Customers are so stupid and always in the way go away 😂
This lady sucks tell her to go wait in the garage.
Absolutely loved it!!!
os brasileiros sao os melhores :)
I like the lady😊…she’s such a hostess when people are in her kitchen😊
"Haha, are you recording for RUclips?" "No. Insurance." :o
No tools
a bunch of idiots
Y’all need a Omni Cubed Pro Cart. This is stupid.
Are you with the install company or just the home owner documenting? This was nuts!
homeowner documenting installers 🙂
These guys are some idiots i’ve been doing this 23 years and the level of idiots like this you always have that one guy that thinks he could tell other guys what to do with the high tone of voice is always the guy everybody don’t want to work around with these guys are super unexperienced and are just waiting for someone to get hurt man these guys would’ve been fired where I worked on the spot
me and my fellow installer would be just 2 of us....... that might be 600 lbs.... quit being panzy asses....
i'm surprised that it didn't break even putting a jig like that to support it.
Los fingers no importa lo que importa es la piedra
Oh hell nah we can’t wheel it in on a cart we ain’t doin it
What does a piece of granite that that weigh? how much per square foot does granite weigh? thanks for any response. nice video!
density varies I think, but when I googled it the math came out to 900lbs or so
We specialize in the transportation of large marble tiles
That’s a beautiful piece of granite. I’ll be experiencing this on March 4th. I’m getting Quartz though and it’s over ten feet long.
Where’s your dolly son?
O Brasileiro , compra um pro cart e uns clamps descentes pra tua equipe porra , deve ser nos USA , se bem que aqui tem Mickey Mouse pra cacete fazendo isso
Excellent
Tell the women to wait outside.
I'm jealous. You guys had help. I been installing these with just my helper. Huge difference
I'm sorry but I don't believe you.
@@manchinha1001 since he hasn't replied to you - that means you are right and he is a liar about just having a helper
@@TL.... He was probably saying prefabs 120x24 inches .... that I believe !!! A full slab like the one on video no way !
Helper here, I know what you mean.
It’s true I do it the time all you need is 2 clamps and a dolly.
Should have use the NO LIFT SYSTEM OR A DOLLY!!! I would def not allow these idiots to install in my home or ANY of my jobs!!!! dragging the island and so many risks Amateur installers.
Get yall the at2 cart thank me later
GGGGRRRRR!!!!!! I was watching a string of granite install FAILS and thought this was one of them. :( I was waiting for the big bReAk to happen---which would've been especially interesting given how jokey the woman was who was watching their every move. After they laid it down without breaking it, I thought: WTF? Then they had to rotate it! I figured THAT was where the break will happen---which is even better because that lady thought the worst was over! And as they rotated it....nothing. Not a damn thing. I am probably the most disappointed viewer of this video.
I had extreme anxiety during the whole video
Gotta love the fucking home owner and all his friend watching and adding to the install.
The guy grabbing it in the middle wasn't doing anything, what a horrible helper he can get someone hurt.. you guys also need a small crat to drive it in there instead of carrying it.. good job tho!!
They make wheels that you can clamp onto the bottom and roll them in
@@CJ-lp8hk yes I have the small one and the big one for Island they both can stand on their own once you clamp it up together.
Next time use a cart or dolly. It's much easier
2:20 the most dangerous moment of this install. hovering at your pivot point. if it was gonna break 2:20 was when it was gonna happen.
@Sandy Petrakis natural stone is fragile no matter what,if it was quartz I would agree but this is natural stone.
Qartz is a lot more flexible than granite and as it's manmade it doesn't have the faultlines that granite has
Some suction cups would have helped as well. Smarter not harder..
@Sandy Petrakis yes they would,I'm sure you have no experience in this field so wouldn't know what I mean.
That lady love her but her small talk is cringing me out
I do this. You’d be surprised how many people talk like they know what they talking about they know about stone. Even though it’s their first time seeing it. I think to myself. “Lmao” that’s all
Did way too much lol weak as fuck
Esa es rraza, así se intala , absolute granite surfaces.com
That island is huge lol
Not to brag but that’s an everyday island in Reno
That has to be scary for the fabricators. All that work could be ruined with one bad move
Next time buy a at1 or at2 cart work smart not hard
By the time that you 5 guys got that island on my partner and I would of had the overhang done, it leveled and glued. Just my partner and I, with no damages to stone, just saying. Sure, sometimes islands do take 4 people, but not that one. It shouldn’t at least.
Yep, typical tradesman attitude. Do it as fast as possible and don’t worry about getting it right. Oh, and damage something another tradesman did before you leave.
What? Did you read what I said? No damage to stone, no damage to cabinets. Island leveled, overhang correct down to the 1/16 on an inch , shimmed and glued. Done VERY professionally in a timely matter so that we can get to the next job.
@@seanwright188 you're full of SHIT Sean.
Video or it didnt happen 2 of you
I’ve been doin it a good while now. It can be done with 2 people, but you’re going to feel it down the road.
Gorgeous !
Why the two holes in the middle of the island ? Was that to carry it ?
Embedded countertop popup outlets from Lew electric check them out
Get a sheetrock cart
davetileguy it won’t pass trough the door genius
@@MultiDanery they still make 2 wheel dollies that you balance it on genius. 25 years of that shit before I got smart.
davetileguy still what they did is one of the right way to do it. A 2 wheel dolly is too risky loose the balance and the island will chip or worse will break because it’s only approximately hanging on the air around 2-3 inches
@@MultiDanery that's why I tape and c clamp my straight edge on the edge.
I Subscribed
What was the size of that island granite? I want a 65x120 but the fabricator said there is a large chance of cracking. I am considering quartzite.
it's actually 72x97
That’s a whole slab , do you want 3 cm or 2 cm granite ?
64X120? lol how much money are you trying to spend
@@anon8079 I am planning to use a whole slab of Granite or Quartzite.
@@marcelosantana9311 slab that big is very sketchy and highly doubt they come that big. Jumbo slabs maybe.
550 easy
Just for the installation right?
Good Job , 3 cm islands are super heavy I recommend using DAMO 8 "Vacuum Suction Cup Heavy Duty Lifter for Glass / Granite Lifting. countertops-granite-more.business.site/
Pussys thats 2 person deal....
I agree. I do this every day. Just me one other guy haha and we carry not slide it.
You are an idiot
Two guys and a procart to the doorway and then off the cart. Granite installs take skill. It's heavy shit but when you know how to manipulate the stone it's doable
Lol, yes. It is.
It's not even that big
Hey Alfie, FYI This is called Feeding Frenzy.
